Shipping & Return


We are committed to deliver products purchased from Shopnista.com in proper seal packed condition and in the fastest time as much as possible. The cost of shipping depends on individual products irrespective of products costs & same will be mentioned in checkout page.

Our delivery is limited to certain pin codes in India. If you want to confirm your pin code, you can check the delivery availability of your pin code in the product page itself, if in case deliver availability is not there for your area & you wish to buy any product, please email us to customercare@shopnista.com so that our team can help you.

A shipping charges will be different for different products, please check it out delivery charges any in Product page.

All orders placed on Shopnista.com are dispatched through our courier partners based on delivery pin code.

Delivery Charges:

If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered by shopnista.com to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount to your bank account including any shipping charges, if paid online.

If you cancel the order, once the order is dispatched then you should pay the delivery charges.   If you return an order delivered to you, order shipping charges will not be refunded if collected separately. However if you self-ship your returns, we will reimburse self-shipment charges based on shopnista.com Returns Policy.

Shipment of your order

We start processing your order as soon as we receive your order and ship your order within 48hrs. Before starting the shipping you will receive an order confirmation email.

Once we ship your order you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking details on your email which you provided on the order and you can track your order using the tracking details.

Delivery time

All orders usually take a delivery time of 7-10 business working days (Except Sundays and Public holidays) within India, from the order confirmation date. If your order is not received within the above delivery time please mail to customercare@shopnista.com

Express Delivery

We understand that there are times when you want product for a specific occasion or for a special day and want the delivery to be made in Express way. Please write to us customercare@shopnista.com to expedite your order for express delivery with you Order no/product image & address and we will try our best to help you out.

Delivery charges for Express delivery will vary on your delivery location.

 

Track your Order

If you do not have an account, if you have done guest checkout & you are not able to check your order details then please mail us at customercare@shopnista.com. We will get back to you with your order details, mean time we are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition and always on time.

If you are a registered user, click on the My Account>then click on Orders there you can get the tracking details.

Received a Damaged packet parcel?

You can refuse to accept the delivery. Contact us with your order number immediately to +916200619463 or Number mentioned in shopnista.com contact us page. We will ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

If you have already received damaged packet, check if there is any physical damage to product received, Please share the snapshots of the packet and other boxes if there is any physical damage, try to cover the sides which look tampered/damaged.

The Refund/Replacement for prepaid/Cash on delivery orders will be done after the investigation

You may not be liable for a refund, if he/she falls in any of the scenarios stated below:

  • Failure to provide snapshots of the packet and box(if any)
  • If a Tampered delivery was received, claims must be made the same day.
  • You must not dispose of the packaging for 3 – 4 days post – delivery. We might need to pick-up your packaging for investigation at our end.
  • You must not use/try the item for which claim was raised.

  1. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We have a return and refund policy based on the User’s satisfaction with the product. Any item found faulty on delivery should be reported by the Customer within (3) days of delivery including any holidays. The User shall be asked for Reasons for Return, which shall include but is not limited to; damaged while shipping, items are defective. This must be notified to Us via email and the Product must be shipped back to Us or the Seller. This will be communicated during request raised for return or refund.

The Defective Product needs to be returned within 10 days from when it was delivered or picked up. This will include any holidays and weekends. Goods must not be damaged after the delivery. The Original bill and all accessories of Product must be returned along with the Product. Returns will be undertaken only if the Product is found to be faulty or defective. A faulty product shall be deemed so with a valid proof of the fault.

We encourage the User to review the listing before making the purchase decision. In case User orders a wrong item, User shall not be entitled to any return/refund.

The User needs to raise the refund request within 5 days from the date of payment realization.

How your money is refunded depends on how you made the original payment.

  • If you paid with a credit card, the money is refunded to your card. If the card you paid with is closed or invalid, the money will still be refunded to your credit card account.
  • COD money will be transferred to the bank detail provided by customer.
  • 10-15 days business days after the ticket raised.

Refunds to credit or debit cards can take up to 30 days depending on the card issuing entity involved.
